2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
เราเก็บเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น ดังนี้
- ข้อมูลที่ท่านกรอกในแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ ได้แก่ ชื่อ อีเมล หัวข้อ และข้อความ ข้อมูลนี้ถูกส่งไปยังอีเมลของทีมงานเพื่อใช้ตอบกลับคำถามของท่านเท่านั้น

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
ข้อความจากแบบฟอร์มติดต่อจะถูกเก็บไว้ในกล่องจดหมายของเราไม่เกิน 12 เดือน นับจากวันที่ติดต่อครั้งสุดท้าย บันทึกของเซิร์ฟเวอร์จะถูกลบตามรอบปกติของผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้ง โดยทั่วไปไม่เกิน 90 วัน

1. Who we are
This website, garsorn.com, is operated under the Garsorn brand. The data controller for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) is:

2. What we collect
- What you type into the contact form — your name, email address, subject and message. It is sent to our team’s mailbox and used to answer you, and for nothing else.
- Server logs, recorded automatically — IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested. Used for security and for diagnosing technical faults.
- Cookies and analytics, as described in section 6.
This website currently has no online checkout, no customer accounts and no newsletter. We therefore hold no delivery addresses, no payment details and no mailing list. Purchases are made through external channels such as LINE Shopping and Shopee, each of which has its own privacy policy.
3. Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry — lawful basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose faults — lawful basis: legitimate interest.
- To understand how the site is used in aggregate — lawful basis: consent, through the cookie banner.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone for marketing purposes.
4. Who else sees it
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs on machines in Thailand.
- Google, via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NKT5X3V7), for anonymous visit statistics.
We disclose data to no one else, except where required by law or by a lawful order of a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form messages stay in our mailbox for no more than 12 months after the last exchange. Server logs are rotated by the hosting provider, normally within 90 days.
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies through Google Tag Manager. You can refuse non-essential cookies from the cookie banner, or block cookies entirely in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you have the right to access your data and obtain a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, to have your data transferred to another controller, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
To exercise any of these, write to garsorn.official@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving the request.
8. Changes to this policy
If we revise this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
